Print Screen Option

Before the operating system, DOS was used to operate and manage the files and programs. At that time, on clicking Print Screen button, every text written in the screen was printed. But after the windows, it is not printed. When you click on print screen button, screen will be saved in clipboard that cannot be seen. But it is possible to save it.

In many magazines, the articles published about computer and internet also includes software windows. This work can be done clearly without the cameras or scanners. You can also capture the screen without using Screen Capture software easily. Find ‘Print Screen button’ in your keyboard. Click on ‘start’ menu and go to ‘accessories’ option. There, you will see options like calculator, system tools etc. There is an option ‘Paint’. Click on the Paint and go to ‘Edit’ menu of the Paint. And click on the ‘Paste’. You will see the captured picture of the screen. In this way you can capture anything on the screen.
